1.    Implement network transport MW (Microwave) design according to the annual requirements, Syriatel objectives for network availability and quality of service.
2.    Apply the needed configuration for new IP RAN sites, to put in service the newly installed network transport MW node, modify an existing MW node or activate network transport service.
3.    Perform acceptance test for network transport elements and report the results to the direct line of authority.
4.    Participate in projects affecting on transport network such as swapping according to project plan or renovation actions.
5.    Put in service and modify MW connectivity timely according to the work order issued by Planning & Engineering Unit and assigned by Head of Section.
6.    Apply transport plan of Ethernet network expansion.
7.    Apply the needed configuration for the newly power management systems, Security Systems for all TC sites over MW network elements.
8.    Follow up contractor’s intervention in MW node commissioning.
9.    Implement network transport services offered to all internal and external customers and guarantee service quality as per the network performance KPI's.
10.    Solve effectively network transport problems by applying the required corrective actions, support the onsite corrective actions and providing the required reports.
11.    Implement preventive actions for MW transport node by applying back up timely and support the onsite PM actions.
12.    Solve customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and timely as per related policies and procedures.
13.    Provide Customer Service Dept with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve complaints when needed.
14.    Handle leased lines request that are required from ST as per Planning & Engineering request.
15.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
17.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
