1.    Handle all requests related to the ST (Syrian Telecom) orders related to transmission links (E1, STM, GSM, MW,), fiber optics, spaces reservation, solar system, towers, site and Mast, equipment, send it to concerned departments and complete the records of Evacuate and receipt.
2.    Handle requests and requirements related to access to telecom main facilities (entrance approval, and other approvals) upon concerned departments' request with external entities, follow them up, provide feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
3.    Handle financial claims within section scope and prepare related correspondences of payment/objection in coordination with concerned departments.
4.    handle requests related to infrastructure and access to telecom main facilities, follow them up closely and ensure the on-time closure.
5.    Arrange and coordinate meetings with concerned within telecom operations scope, follow up the implementation of the agreed action points.
6.    Conduct field visits with the concerned in Syriatel depts. and external entities to handle the requests on-site.
7.    Establish and maintain professional relationship between Syriatel and related external entities.
8.    Scan, register and index section's requests and correspondences & update Section's database for incoming and outgoing correspondences and requests.
9.    Check and classify with Supervisor types of requests and correspondences whether they are strategic or routine.
10.    Prepare and submit weekly status and progress report to Head of Section.
11.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
