Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Telecom Engineer with expertise in transport networks to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of high-performance telecommunication infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of IP/MPLS, DWDM, SDH, and related transmission systems and will play a critical role in ensuring seamless network connectivity and capacity expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and optimize transport network systems including IP/MPLS, DWDM, and SDH technologies.
2. Conduct network audits and capacity assessments to support future expansion and upgrades.
3. Prepare and review technical documentation, network topologies, and engineering drawings.
4. Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution of transmission links.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, power, and data center engineers for integrated telecom deployments.
6. Monitor network performance using NMS/EMS platforms and proactively mitigate risks.
7. Ensure compliance with national and international telecom standards and security protocols.
8. Oversee the commissioning and acceptance of network equipment such as optical transmission gear, routers, and switches.
9. Coordinate with equipment vendors and service providers to manage project timelines and SLAs.
10. Contribute to network planning, budgeting, and lifecycle management.
