Job Summary:

We seek a results-driven Telecom Engineer with a strong focus on network optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the performance and efficiency of mobile networks through advanced analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of wireless technologies and experience in optimizing multi-vendor, multi-technology network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze network performance indicators (KPIs) for 2G/3G/4G/5G systems to ensure optimal quality and coverage.
2. Conduct detailed root cause analysis and recommend solutions to address network performance issues.
3. Execute drive test data collection and post-processing, including analysis of coverage, interference, and handover performance.
4. Optimize network parameters and features to improve user experience and network efficiency.
5. Collaborate with planning, RF, transmission, and core network teams for end-to-end optimization.
6. Develop and execute optimization plans for network rollout, upgrades, and expansions.
7. Prepare and maintain documentation, performance reports, and action plans.
8. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
9. Use optimization tools (e.g., TEMS, Actix, NEMO, Atoll) and data analytics platforms for troubleshooting and enhancement.
10. Support new site integration and acceptance from a performance perspective.
