1.    Coordinate with concerned units (Contact Center, Credit Collection) in order to provide telecom authorities with political and abusive calls.
2.    Coordinate between SWO (Syrian Wireless Organization) and Syriatel departments to check the possibility of installing new equipment requested whether by SWO or Syriatel.
3.    Prepare letters related to telecom authorities outgoing correspondences and requests within the position scope and follow up their executions with HOS.
4.    Review all incoming correspondences and check with HOS before sending to the concerned entity.
5.    Handle permission requests of non Syriatel employees, providers, foreign experts …etc. to access Syriatel premises.
6.    Inquire all Syriatel critical facilities and sites approvals from telecom authorities and concerned entities.
7.    Coordinate with military forces, to transfer Syriatel critical equipment and employees with needed air transportation within all Syrian territories.
8.    Coordinate with telecom authorities to provide concerned parties with escorting to implement Syriatel work, site installations and strategic outdoor missions (Drive test, promotion for SIMs…).
9.    Provide and maintain access permissions For Syriatel employees, to critical facilities, sites, blocked areas in order to fulfill other unit’s requirements.
10.    Arrange and Coordinate meetings between Syriatel and external entities (telecom authorities, security branches, military, and any other governmental entities), follow up the implementation of the agreed actions points and escalate pending actions to the direct line of authority.
11.    Provide telecom authorities with the requested reports / info within agreed timeframes.
12.    Establish and maintain good and professional relationship and understanding between Syriatel and telecom authorities’ representative.
13.    Ensure the handled documentation is prepared, organized and ready when requested.
14.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
16.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
