We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales with at least 3 years of real estate sales experience outside Syria to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting property options, building strong relationships, and converting leads into successful sales.

•  Conduct daily outbound calls to potential buyers and present available property options.

• Follow up with leads, maintain strong client relationships, and guide them through the sales process.

•  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

• Record and update client information and interactions in the CRM system.

•  Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
