1.    Participate in conducting site survey for Syriatel premises (critical facilities, POSs, WHs, offices, radio sites…) to define security systems requirements and related networks infrastructure in coordination with the Technician.
2.    Participate with the Technician in the preparation of security systems designs for Syriatel premises based on the collected requirements / survey results.
3.    Follow up with provider and contractor the security systems installation, commission, modification and infrastructure works of Syriatel premises’ security systems.
4.    Implement the installation, commissioning, integration, configuration, and modification of security systems works related to Syriatel premises in coordination with the Technician.
5.    Prepare materials requirements of security systems based on approved design.
6.    Apply the approved requests related to user's privileges and access permissions for security systems equipment and data.
7.    Prepare and update documentation (configuration file, designs...etc.) of security   systems and related networks.
8.    Research and suggest effective actions to enhance the services and performance of security systems.
9.    Review acceptance test results for security systems new platform, services and features before releasing them.
10.    Administrate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plan for nodes, servers, software, and equipment related to security systems.
11.    Coordinate with the Technician to maintain Syriatel premises security systems’ data through (backup, restoration and configuration).
12.    Check the stock and spare parts in warehouse, and request replenishment of the stock.
13.    Plan and design the architecture of network (transmission/bandwidth) and storage capacities due to video streaming and recordings as per systems requirements.
14.    Conduct training sessions for end users on operating the new security systems.
15.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
17.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
