We are looking for a knowledgeable Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role requires more than traditional HR experience — we need someone who truly understands software development, programming concepts, and technical roles. You will actively screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on their real technical capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technical Screening: Review and evaluate candidate resumes in programming, software development, and IT fields.
• Interviews: Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates’ programming knowledge, problem-solving skills, and project experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand specific technical requirements and skill sets needed for open roles.
• Candidate Network: Build and maintain a pipeline of top technical talent across multiple domains (backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, etc.).
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement effective talent attraction and evaluation strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
