Job Summary

Mercypharma for Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Pharmacist to work in technical operations across formulation, process development, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure that pharmaceutical products are developed and manufactured in accordance with GMP standards and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee formulation development and scale-up of new pharmaceutical products

• Work in technical transfer activities between R&D, pilot, and commercial manufacturing sites

• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards

• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and optimize production processes

• Collaborate with QA, QC, and regulatory teams to support product registration and audits

• Review technical documentation including batch records, protocols, and validation reports

• Work with technical staff across formulation and production units

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-effective manufacturing strategies
