1.    Understand technical performance network equipment indicators given by certain technical performance management systems.
2.    Design and create efficient data models to inject data into technical reports and analysis.
3.    Design source to destination mapping and develop suitable automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
4.    Create data healing process for loaded data by implementing alarms and correction plans.
5.    Gather stakeholders’ requirements collected by periodical meetings and create suitable business model to deliver decision support knowledge about network status.
6.    Develop and deliver periodic/ad-hoc reports and studies in order to illustrate network performance and alarms.
7.    Develop, maintain and publish web-based dashboards using the latest technology (OBIEE), in order to trace network status.
8.    Optimize web-based systems performance by periodically tuning data structure and fetching methods.
9.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
10.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
11.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
