What You Will Do

• Lead developers and own technical execution and architecture
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Enforce code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Design and manage ERP, CRM, and enterprise integrations
• Support CI/CD pipelines and reliable deployments
• Collaborate across the entire organization and mentor developers
