Duties and responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage team of Full Stack (Frontend + Backend) and Flutter developers.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
- Identify skill gaps and organize training & upskilling programs.
- Handle performance evaluations, feedback, and career growth for team members.
- Propose new protocols and stay up to date with the latest technology trends.
- Technical Oversight & Project Management:
- Codebase Architecture, understand codebase architecture and implement measure to reduce complexity.
- Oversee API design, microservices, and cloud deployments.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend /Flutter / backend and databases.
- Define software architecture, tech stack, and coding standards for both web & mobile (Flutter) applications.
- Project Management - Participate in requirements gathering sessions, attend design reviews and understand business objectives.
- IT Infrastructure Supervision
- Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and internal IT systems.
- Troubleshoot basic networking, VPN, firewalls, and access controls.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors or sysadmins for advanced infrastructure needs.
- Ensure data backups, security patches, and system reliability.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and deployment workflows to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination
- Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to senior management and preparing periodic reports and providing recommendations to the management.
- Communicate with the development team to plan new features and collaborate with other stakeholders, designers and operation members to ensure the application is functionally efficient and visually appealing
