What You’ll Do*

• Lead Alpha Capital’s technical vision and execution, working closely with the CEO

• Improve stability and performance of existing trading systems and infrastructure

• Evaluate and integrate with other third-party platforms and tools

• Design and develop long-term solutions tailored to our market’s unique needs

• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team from scratch

• Communicate clearly with business and non-technical stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with international data security and privacy standards

• Adapt to evolving priorities and embrace continuous learning and improvement
