Position Duties Per Job:
1.    Develop, manage and review the following tasks and ensure their efficiency:

•     Strategic recruitment process (hiring, workforce & sourcing plans through all channels: job fairs, workshops and media sources).
•     The implementation of interview stages (internal and external applicants, and technical tests, job offer …etc.).
•     New recruits Orientation and onboarding.
•     The cascading of functional/Individual objectives in alignment with corporate and department objectives.
•     The proper implementation of Performance Evaluation cycle and Performance Improvement Plans.
•     The process of Succession Planning Programs and promotion cases.
•     Career and individual Development Initiatives.
•     The proper analysis of Employees’ Training Needs (TNA).
•     The arrangements and implementation of Training Courses.
•     Job Enrichment Visit and internship programs.
•     The assessment of Return on Investment (ROI).

2.    Interview candidates and provide recommendations to direct line of authority.
3.    Manage efficient and effective allocation and utilization of resources (financial, human, physical, IT ….etc.) within the Unit consistent with goals, priorities and budget.
4.    Review & approve the Unit’s yearly budget as per the Company's Goals and Corporate Objectives.
5.    Cascade Corporate Objectives into Unit Objectives and ensure proper alignment.
6.    Set, develop Unit KPIs and update when needed.
7.    Lead, develop and motivate team members to reach ultimate performance, and successfully contribute in achieving Corporate, Department, and Unit Objectives.
8.    Develop & maintain Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems effectively & efficiently.
9.    Conduct Staff Meeting with team members minimum twice a year per region, and discuss team related issues and concerns.
10.    Reinforce Corporate Culture and values by living them, communicating them to the team, and ensuring full adherence.
