Core Purpose of The Job:
Make the needed reconciliation to assure the revenue flow and assist in obtaining the needed data for revenue assurance tests.
Task Complexity:
*Control conformity of CDR files and CDR records.
*Check covers polled files, file type, file size, file status and file continuity.
*Control provisioning process, and running of reconciliation procedure to make sure of the consistency between BSCS, HLR, VAS and IN on weekly basis with complete log and report to taken actions.
*Check processes rating and ensure non-stoppage in rating chain, and perform check on rating process's log content.
*Analyze rejected files and calls within 24 hours, and ensure full reporting of rejection statistics and correction activities.
*Observe the timely response for any incident with appropriate process adjustments or correct actions and proper escalation.
*Observe the system upgrades of Network Division, new switches and perform file collection and rating test acceptance accordingly.
*Coordinate and assist other entities regarding new requirements, projects and assignments.
*Evaluate end-user requirements and constraints to get a thorough understanding and be able to provide practical solution designs.
