I. Providing assistance to the Senior System Administrator in the following key responsibilities:
1. Installing, configuring & maintaining servers and sub-components.
2. Administering the virtual environment over VMware ESXI and Microsoft Hyper-V technologies.
3. Administering full system backup operations.
4. Administering SAN, NAS & DAS with all storage configurations.
5. Other incidental tasks to stabilize and maintain services.
II. Maintaining Active Directory Users & Computers and Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes objects changes as required.
III. Maintaining forwarded tickets by technical support team to install, update or perform necessary configurations of the
antivirus via a console on the central management.
IV. Performing periodic tasks such as checking availability, validity & health performance of services and resources, directly and over centralized monitoring terminals.
