Responsibilities :

*Analyze offers, discuss them and submit recommendations to procurement technical Manager.

*Prepare and proceed requisitions and purchase orders of supplies and equipment.

*Provide representatives with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complains or disputes. 

*Analyze the market and the products to be aware with present and future material availability.

*Prepare the needed reports for the Line Manager.

*Follow up open POs and supervise the buyers to ensure the timely delivery of purchases.

*Monitor the contracts with suppliers.

*Evaluate product and suppliers performance.

*Supervise the work of the staff performance and discuss the problems with them to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.

*Train and instruct the staff in job duties and company policies or arrange for training to be provided.

*Follow up the audit points to enhance the internal controls and improve the procurement process.

*Make sure that all purchases are in compliance with the company rules.
