Job Description:

Support IT Staff in setting up their objects in the database.

Archive and transport any data from the database and enhance its processes.

Consult the IT Projects that are related to the database optimization unit .

Enhance and advice on business processes in the database.

Provide monthly reports to the line manager.

Coach team members to be aligned with unit policy, standards and targets.

Monitor executed queries on related database to ensure its healthy state and good performance.

Facilitate, train, develop and provide orientation for new and current staff.

Participate in recruiting and hiring the new Database staff upon request from IT Management.

Participate in the assessment of the current Database and the suggestion of new technologies, tools, enhancements and applications.

Apply best practices on performance tuning and operational level, and maintain a comprehensive documentation on all applied solutions and enhancements.

Conduct knowledge share session for IT members to enhance their needed knowledge to deal correctly with database service.

Insure providing system documentation by related unit.
