1. Monitor radio, core and transport networks fault alarms, perform the first level of maintenance intervention, escalate not solved alarms to the concerned entities.
2. Report alarm status via SMS broadcast and phone call to concerned parties. 
3. Prepare quarterly and monthly statistical reports about network fault alarms to be shared with concerned entities. 
4. Perform hardware tests on core and radio modules that are required for solving fault alarms as requested by the concerned Unit.
5. Participate in critical operations affecting the performance of live network by checking network elements’ alarms after the implementation of actions on network and report any detected fault alarms to the concerned Unit. 
6. Register received modification requests on relevant application. 
7. Apply actions on radio and core networks that are required for maintenance activity as requested by concerned Unit. 
8. Execute requests received from the authorized people from Syriatel management and lawful authorities to check, modify, track and blocking mobile handset and subscriber profile on home location record “HLR” and Syriatel network.
9. Act prompt response to the requests received from the lawful authorities in Syria for modification actions on Syriatel network (coverage).
10. Prepare and issue “network outage daily report” to Regulatory & Governmental Affairs to be sent to ST.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
