We are looking for a high-level presentation artist who can turn complex strategy into cinematic visual storytelling.

Who We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a “PowerPoint designer.”

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands business strategy

• Can read 10 pages of text and reduce it into 5 powerful slides

• Thinks in narrative flow

• Designs emotion, not just layouts

• Uses animation with purpose (not decoration)

• Makes presentations feel like a short documentary

Your Core Role

You will transform raw strategy into:

• Premium pitch decks

• Medical authority presentations

• Industrial partnership proposals

• Investor-style storytelling decks

• High-level campaign concept decks

• Internal strategy decks for ICONCLY

Your slides must:

• Feel cinematic

• Flow like a story

• Be emotionally intelligent

• Be strategically structured

• Look premium and minimal

 Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the business objective before designing
• Structure the narrative (Problem → Insight → Strategy → Solution → Impact)
• Simplify complex ideas visually
• Create high-end slide design systems
• Use animation intentionally (like video pacing)
• Develop visual metaphors
• Turn boring data into compelling storytelling
• Maintain brand consistency across projects
• Collaborate with founder directly (high strategic exposure)
