Responsibilities:

*Manage ISP corporate services in coordination with concerned departments.
Monitor market status and competitors offered service for ISP corporate segment.
*Engage effectively in the annual business plan process for ISP corporate sector.
*Arrange direct contact, visit and follow up to the potential customers to offer ISP Corporate services.
*Arrange the technical support to install the service in the site according to the deal in coordination with concerned parties.
*Follow up customers inquires about the services in coordination with concerned departments.
*Handling customers complains about the service in coordination with concerned departments.
*Prepare plan illustrates the needed steps to close the deal with customer.
*Follow up deals progress with concerned departments to make sure that service will be delivered in defined time.
*Arrange suitable technical study and survey in cooperation with concerned parties to provide the needed technical offer for customers.
*Monitor the service and arrange reports about the status of current and new, ongoing customers.
*Maintain High quality service provided to the corporate customers and Enhance customer’s satisfaction and loyalty.
*Follow up the due payments with customers according to the deal.
*Develop service performance and generated revenue in accordance to corporate objectives and strategy.
*Arrange tasks requested from the upper management.
