Your Role in Brief:

As a team leader, you will oversee all team operations on the development project, from planning to execution. You need to schedule, prioritize, and manage the backlog for your team.

You should understand user requirements written in user stories format and Camunda workflow diagrams. Likewise, you should be able to convert business requirements to technical specifications and design.

You will assign and oversee the daily tasks of developers and testers, while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones. As well as supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are met

You should communicate proactively with all involved team members to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

You should research and evaluate software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis to implement the optimal solution.

 

What You’ll Do

• Enforce engineering best practices such as test-driven development, agile, and CI/CD

• Understand a problem from a business perspective, extract and analyze relevant data, and create an automated solution that would solve it

• Maintain the schedule for all team members and deliver on the deadline

• Take OWNERSHIP on project deliverables and work dedicatedly towards achieving the deliverables

• Monitor progress of Detailed project tasks continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables, and keep management updated on the same.

• Monitor bugs, find the root-cause, and find solutions for not having your team repeat the same bugs

• Measure your team's performance using story points, and plan on how to improve your team's performance and technical skills
