We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of creative strategies that enhance our online presence and support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media trends, exceptional content creation skills, and the ability to engage audiences effectively across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and executing social media plans aligned with marketing campaigns and overall brand goals.
   
• Stay updated with digital trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Content Creation & Curation

• Conceptualize, produce, and manage compelling content tailored for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Telegram, WhatsApp, and more.
• Collaborate with designers, and other team members to maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice.
• Adapt quickly to real-time trends, breaking news, and audience preferences to create timely and relevant content.

Social Media Management

• Schedule, post, and manage daily content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
   
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and nurture our online community.
   
• Work alongside designers,  and marketing leads to ensure quality content delivery.

 

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize analytics tools (to track campaign performance 
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
