Job Overview:
Sham Almustaqbal Technologies, a leading supplier of printer cartridges, toner cartridges, photocopiers, and printing equipment, operates in over 40 countries across Asia and Africa. We are looking for a passionate and creative Remote Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and continuously optimizing digital marketing efforts. Additionally, this role involves ongoing learning and knowledge-sharing through weekly presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, design, posting, and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for all platforms.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for increasing reach, engagement, and sales.
- Oversee and optimize the company's websites and online store (built on Shopify), ensuring product listings, content, and user experience are up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Create high-quality marketing materials and visual content, including social media creatives, banners, promotional videos, infographics, product catalogs, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry trends, marketing strategies, and platform algorithm changes.
- Prepare and deliver a 20-minute presentation every Sunday on a new skill, method, update, or industry change, sharing insights with the Marketing Manager and selected team members.
- Perform any additional marketing or administrative tasks as requested by management.
