We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Associate to join our team and help build a strong digital presence for the Formify brand.

Position Overview

The Social Media Associate will manage Formify’s social media platforms, create engaging content, and support marketing campaigns to expand our online community. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in technology, design, and digital marketing, who can translate technical products into visually appealing and easy-to-understand content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish creative content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Brainstorm and execute engaging reels, stories, posts, and campaigns to showcase 3D printers, products, and customer projects.

• Manage day-to-day interactions with followers, respond to messages, and build an active community.

• Collaborate with the design and sales team to highlight services, promotions, and new arrivals.

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare regular social media reports.

• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to ensure Formify’s content remains relevant and attractive.

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and videography for product showcases, tutorials, and social media content.

• Assist in boosting posts and coordinating ad campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
