1.    Review, check and refine all design documents as received from requester or supplier.
2.    Prepare needed survey documents (Layout, Site Request, etc.) according to Syriatel standards
3.    Receive and check consultant reports and follow up closing the finding.
4.    Follow up subcontractors activities during construction process.
5.    Calculate, Control, Supervise & accept implemented quantities for all construction works.
6.    Handle all issues would appear during the implementation phase, coordinate with all stakeholders and take necessary decisions and actions to insure being solved within proper timeframe.
7.    Receive, handle, follow up and accept all modification, renovation and dismantling site requests , coordinate with all stakeholders to reach the most cost efficient and suitable work plan
8.    Attend & accept all concrete casting and execution of metallic structures works on site to insure compatibility with CRs, requirements and standards.
9.    Perform & Follow up “Acceptance Work” and “Extra work” actions with subcontractor upon actual work on date and time.
10.    Check & accept the verticality test for all towers & monopoles.
11.    Check & Follow up all fiber-optic works as requested
12.    Arrange routine reports after each site  visit.
13.    Follow up the time schedule for all ongoing works and submit progress reports to HOS
14.    Fill & update collected data on site Database including all needed files , reports & Revit layouts with outputs in addition of Treating all received data from field to be ready to fill into Site Database & arrange for all needed inputs for draftsmen to build Revit layout  for sites
15.    Draw & modify type of supports, equipment Revit families & Revit layouts for sites in addition of Check any Revit layout , drawing & family that is done by outsourcing draftsman to be accepted
16.    Perform topographic Survey using TOTAL STATION device to get layout for location , release verticality & deformity report & inventory for installed equipment on type of support
17.    Perform type of support preventive maintenance plan ( tower , monopole , solar steel structure with supporting tires )
18.    Supervise subcontractors works for type of support maintenance in addition of  any tower supporting & ensure that is done according the study
19.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
20.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
21.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System
