Phase 1: Excavation & Enabling Works (Currently Ongoing)

• Conduct daily morning coordination meetings with the contractor to review planned activities and priorities.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports (including photographic documentation) to the Project Manager.
• Conduct end-of-day meetings to verify completed works and submit progress reports with supporting photos.
• Supervise all site activities to ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and continuously monitor site conditions.
• Track and document machinery and equipment usage (type, timing, and duration) to support cost control and reporting.
• Verify contractor daily reports and ensure alignment with actual site progress and planned activities.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or inefficiencies and escalate them proactively to the Project Manager.

 

Phase 2: Construction of Hotel (To commence upon approval of architectural drawings and structural studies)

• Supervise all construction activities, including structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Ensure accurate site setting out, including positioning and levels of all structural elements.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; identify discrepancies and ensure proper coordination and implementation on site.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, architectural, and interior design teams to ensure seamless integration and sequencing of works.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and coordinate material testing (e.g., concrete strength) with relevant specialists and QA/QC teams.
• Ensure all works meet high-end hospitality standards, specifications, and project quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule; identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain structured daily reporting (morning and end-of-day), including photographic documentation and progress tracking.
• Monitor and report equipment and machinery utilization to support cost control efforts.
• Validate contractor reports against actual site conditions and progress.
• Identify potential variations, risks, and commercial impacts; report them proactively to the Project Manager.
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations at all stages of construction.
