Job Description
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities related to reconstruction and rehabilitation works.
- Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.
- Lead site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, resource allocation, and progress milestones.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with engineering best practices.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders including consultants, clients, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Identify risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Approve material requests, monitor inventory, and ensure timely delivery of construction materials.
