1- Follow up and coordinate the arrival of shipments from China, to Gulf countries and Syria.

2- Follow up the arrival of shipments from European countries to Syria.

3- Monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and quantities in accordance with approved procedures.

4- Coordinate internally with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

5- Update shipment records and prepare periodic follow-up reports for management.

6- Support the sales and Accounting team in tracking orders until final delivery.
