• Review and sign off on audits, content briefs, keyword research, and link campaigns.

• Maintain project management workflows (Jira/Asana) and enforce delivery SLAs.

• Present monthly reports to clients; translate organic data into business impact.

• Drive AI-assisted workflows and tool adoption (Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog).

• Spot upsell opportunities and support new-business pitches.
