The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user journeys.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Establish and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.

• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging tools.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior/mid-level designers.
