Work on software development, customization, and bugs’ resolution with the
direction of the Department Manager or the Lead Software Architect.
Tasks and Duties:
- Take care of complex development tasks (conduct actual development) and develop the needed architecture for the project(s) under the supervision of the development team leader.
- Work to ensure that the adopted technologies are efficient and beneficial for the company and introduce alternate technologies whenever needed under the supervision of the development team leader.
- Decide on priorities for bug fixes and modifications under the supervision of the development team leader.
- Discuss new specifications concerning the product with system analysts as per the requests of the Product Manager.
- Make decisions concerning assigned product for customization, updates and bug fixes as per the requests of the Product Manager and under the supervision of the development team leader.
- Conduct demonstrations on developed products if needed.
- Be visionary by creating vertical solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to team members.
- Have object oriented thinking in order to support re-usable and rapid development environment.
- Make plans for implementation of different products at the client site.
- Be responsible for the documents related to the project.
- Be a technical reference in the team along with the team leader.
- Participate in the analysis of requirements.
- Follow up on client’s new requirements, personnel skills, and what is done inside AramSoft for this client or project.
- Keep track of raised issues and discussions concerning the product under the supervision of the development team leader.
- Record tasks in daily worksheets.
