About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the flawless delivery of our design and construction projects. This critical role ensures our creative visions are realized on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards while maintaining exceptional client relationships throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple high-end interior design and construction projects

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with design objectives

• Ensure seamless coordination between design teams, engineers, contractors, and artisans

2. Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent

• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards

• Manage all project documentation including contracts, change orders, and approvals

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle

• Provide transparent communication and regular progress updates to all stakeholders

• Proactively address client concerns while maintaining design integrity

4. Risk Management & Problem Solving

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Resolve construction and design challenges with innovative solutions

• Optimize processes to enhance project efficiency and outcomes
