Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Mobile Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of clean architecture principles, exceptional UI/UX implementation skills, and a desire to lead through technical excellence and mentorship. You will play a key role in shaping the mobile experience across iOS, Android, and Web platforms while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Platform Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain a single Flutter codebase that serves iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

UI/UX Implementation:
• Build sleek, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces based on Material Design principles.

System Integration:
• Integrate applications with backend APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

Code Quality and Testing:
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Develop and execute unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application reliability and performance.

Performance Optimization:
• Monitor and optimize app performance, addressing bottlenecks and improving responsiveness.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring:
• Guide and mentor junior developers, champion best practices, and foster a high-performing engineering culture.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business goals.
