1.Designs and produces the more complex printed materials as requested by the head of designing section .

2.Develops and maintains expertise regarding all aspects of graphic design and utilizes this knowledge to provide the organization with a professional and cost-effective product.

3.Collaborates with other departments to evaluate organizational needs. Continually monitors the department policies and procedures, identifies areas in need of improvement and directs the implementation of corrective action when applicable.

4.Balances the needs of the various departments while conforming to internal standards and conventions and external requirements. Educates and guides internal customers on the more complex design decisions.

5.Maintains current and historical catalogs, files and records of internally and externally produced printed materials.

6.Maintains inventory of printed materials at economical and efficient levels. Monitors distribution procedures and fulfilling requisitions from departments.

7.Maintains a data bank of past publications;

8.Regulates visual elements that are distributed to the public;

9.Keeps necessary records and prepares required reports;
