We're a market research and management consulting firm based in Dubai, looking for a remote full-time senior graphic designer to join our team.

Position Overview: As a remote senior graphic designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content to support marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence. Working closely with our marketing team, the Senior Graphic Designer will translate marketing objectives into creative designs that effectively communicate our messaging to target audiences across various digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, typography, branding, and layout composition, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions. In both Arabic and English. 

You'll be responsible for:

1. Work with the research team to design research reports and to enhance visual story-telling.
2. Work with other creative team members to produce content for our clients .
3. Implement, develop, and ensure respect for the company's visual identity in all activities related to marketing management.
4. Design all advertising and promotional activities for the company and our active clients.
5. Participate in developing plans related to social media and digital marketing.
6. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
