Team Management and Development:
- Manage the development team and Outsources as required.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach optimum performance and successfully contribute to achieving company objectives.
- Prepare task schedules for active projects, including deadlines, meetings, status updates, progress tracking, and assigning responsible persons.
Requirements Gathering and Planning:
- Obtain business name and short introduction as a brief from the Project Manager.
- Ensure effective understanding of client expectations.
- Conduct research and self-study to identify 5 to 10 appropriate template options for website structure.
- Present the list of requirements to the Project manager for approval.
- Establish a timeline for delivering outputs based on the website’s structure and specific functionalities.
- Meet with the Project Manager and other concerned parties, if needed, to create a checklist ensuring all project requirements are fulfilled.
Website Development:
- Develop the homepage (static HTML) and inner pages based on the provided content and branding.
- Convert the full static website into a dynamic one.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to review the website.
- Obtain approvals from the Project manager and the client.
Feedback and Finalization:
- Amend the final development according to the General Manager and client’s feedback.
- Incorporate recommended changes and suggestions for improvement.
- Apply best development practices after receiving content from the client.
- Ensure accurate content data entry
Collaboration and Contribution:
- Maintain constant communication with colleagues to construct and develop the required outputs.
- Ensure clear establishment within the defined timeframe.
Client IT Support:
- Provide IT support for clients, including email setup and email support.
- Develop email signatures for clients.
- Contribute to Company Goals:
- Ensure successful contribution to the company’s goals and objectives through effective development work and collaboration.
- Participate in conducting On Job Training (OJT) for new team members
