Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior ERPNext Developer with deep expertise in custom module development, system migration, and ERP optimization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework, understands business processes, and can design scalable ERP solutions tailored to real-world needs.
You will play a key role in customizing, migrating, and maintaining ERPNext systems while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom ERPNext modules
Customize existing ERPNext modules (Sales, Accounting, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.)
Lead and execute ERPNext migrations:
Version upgrades
Data migration from legacy systems or other ERPs
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Optimize performance, security, and scalability of ERPNext systems
Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, external services)
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making
