Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys solving complex problems, is excited by modern technologies, and is motivated to build scalable, high-performance systems that deliver real-world impact. You will work collaboratively with a team of skilled engineers to develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and real-time features across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend microservices using Node.js.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and implement inter-service communication using gRPC.
• Build real-time features using WebSockets and Socket.io.
• Work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, including data modeling and optimization.
• Integrate file storage solutions such as Amazon S3.
• Deploy, manage, and scale services on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Write automated tests using JEST and manage database migrations using Sequelize and Umzug.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
