We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Damascus. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of supporting the company’s financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Handle daily accounting entries for purchases, inventory, expenses, and invoices.
    •    Match vouchers and invoices with purchase orders and analyze variances.
    •    Monitor supplier invoices, payments, and perform periodic reconciliations.
    •    Issue invoices to clients, follow up on collections, and calculate receivables and discounts.
    •    Participate in inventory control, stock-taking, and prepare cost and revenue reports.
    •    Manage advances and ensure proper documentation and closures.
    •    Archive financial documents and submit them for approval.
    •    Collaborate with other departments and provide financial support as needed.
