We are hiring: Security Supervisor

• Supervise and lead the security team on a daily basis.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports.
• Conduct preliminary investigations and document security incidents.
• Train, coach, and evaluate security personnel.
• Coordinate with management and external authorities when required.
• Monitor access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Ensure all security equipment is operational and properly maintained.
• Lead emergency response actions and evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
