About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and guide our agile teams. The ideal candidate will champion Agile practices, facilitate collaboration, and ensure the effective delivery of projects across branding, development, and marketing functions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement within teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure clarity of priorities.
• Track and communicate team performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Advocate Agile best practices across the organization.
