We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our Procurement & Administration team remotely from Damascus, Syria. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the essential bridge between our sales team, customers, and strategic suppliers—particularly AVEVA. You'll ensure seamless order processing, maintain data integrity in our CRM systems, and support operations that keep our business running efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in enterprise software procurement while playing a key role in customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Process sales orders and prepare purchase orders following approved workflows
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Track deliveries and proactively address any fulfillment issues
• Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries about delivery timelines, licensing, and order status
• Support the sales team during bidding and proposal processes with data and documentation
• Draft official customer letters and confirmations
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when needed
• Maintain accurate, real-time customer and sales data in our CRM system
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports that enable informed decision-making
• Ensure data visibility supports performance monitoring and strategic planning
• Work with internal departments to ensure business continuity
