Sales Support is part time position and is performed remotely (work from home)
The duties include,

1- Data entry and support the sales team to manage client accounts.

2- work closley with the sales team to manage client relationships and provide the best service by accepting the ads on time and upload/edit ads as per client requests

3- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer requests, account statuses and relevant problems

4- Providing data and guides to help the sales team

5- Developing and monitoring performance indicators

6- Performing basic admin duties , preparing documents, processes to help the sales team.

7- Suggest sales process improvements

8- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
