Job Summary:

Paymera is seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Officers to support the expansion of our digital payment solutions across the market.

The ideal candidates are outgoing, presentable, and confident communicators with a passion for sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for promoting Paymera’s services, acquiring new merchants and clients, and building strong relationships to drive business growth.

This role suits individuals who enjoy fieldwork, direct customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Paymera’s digital payment and financial services to merchants and businesses.
• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Conduct field visits and meetings to present products and close deals.
• Explain product features, benefits, and onboarding processes clearly to clients.
• Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth activation of services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support sales strategies.
• Represent Paymera professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of digital payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Preferred backgrounds include:
   
  • Banking
  • Call centers
  • Telecommunications
  • High-end fashion retail
  • Hotel reception / hospitality
  • Airline cabin crew
