Your role in brief:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents and monitoring their workflow. You will implement and follow up on sales strategies and in addition, you will leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.

 

What you’ll do:

• Focus, do whatever it takes, to bring in the maximum number of sales possible.
• Develop and execute sales strategies through effective planning, analyzing data, and setting KPIs.
• Manage up to 20 sales agents. Monitor and control performance using appropriate reports and tracking systems.
• Handle escalation of inbound and outbound calls. Be the first point of contact for internal and external queries to deal with daily issues.
• Act as a focal point to explain new work policies, rules, and procedures.
• Conduct training. Get involved in employees' hiring and termination processes.
• Suggest new services and system improvements to increase department productivity and to make sure that the sales activities are all running smoothly.
