We're looking for an active and confident Sales Executive to help grow our training and professional development business.

The role focuses mainly on corporate training sales, while also supporting individual course sales.

We are not looking only for someone from the education industry. We are looking for a real sales person who can approach clients, create opportunities, follow up, and close deals.

### What You Will Do

- Search for new business opportunities
- Approach companies and individual clients
- Promote Strategic Axis training programs
- Speak with HR, managers, business owners, and decision-makers
- Use LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, and email to generate leads
- Follow up consistently until there is a clear answer
- Update leads and opportunities in the CRM
- Support proposals, quotations, and closing
- Achieve monthly sales targets
