Job Summary:

Responsible for selling passenger cars and light commercial vehicles to walk-in customers and small business clients. Ensures a smooth customer journey from first contact to final delivery, including test drives, quotations, and follow-up.

Key Accountabilities:

• Handle all inbound leads and showroom visits
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets including volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Conduct needs analysis, vehicle demonstrations, and upselling
• Manage the end-to-end vehicle sale process including documentation
• Act as the brand representative and uphold brand image and standards
• Customer engagement and relationship management
• Maintain CRM records, ensure follow-ups and customer satisfaction post-sale
