2. Represent the company before key clients, local and international companies, and professional communities to establish a strong corporate presence.
3. Organize and follow up on promotional campaigns for ongoing training courses at the company headquarters or in the field, analyze student needs, and suggest tailored programs.
4. Prepare cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding with companies operating in relevant sectors.
5. Negotiate and expand the contract base through direct communication and presentation of technical and professional proposals reflecting the company’s scope and expertise.
6. Follow up on major projects within Damascus Governorate and its countryside, aiming to have the company listed as a main or permanent contractor with the concerned parties.
7. Monitor public and private tender platforms daily and present analytical reports to management on suitable tender requirements.
8. Prepare tender documents and fulfill the required legal and technical conditions in collaboration with specialized teams.
9. Contract with government institutions of various specialties and establish sustainable cooperation channels through official agreements.
10. Conduct field interviews to build a database of targeted entities.
11. Attend professional and periodic exhibitions as a company representative and actively participate in specialized events.
12. Submit periodic reports on activity outcomes and suggestions.
