What You'll Do:

 

As a Customer Service Representative:

 

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat.

Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions effectively.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their needs.

 

As a Sales Representative:

 

Identify and seize sales opportunities to promote our products or services.

Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

What Makes You Shine:

 

Fluent in English (mandatory) & Russian (advantageous).

Familiarity with software like Ziwo and popular CRMs is a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts:

 

9 hours per day with a 1-hour break; Two Shifts Available

1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Dubai Time)

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Dubai Time)

Off Day: Fixed (not on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
